The location is perfect, all the attractions are within a 10 minute walk. The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast. The canteen is not big, but with its special decorations and casual atmosphere, it looks like a traditional Japanese restaurant. The food is not as rich as in a 5-star hotel, but every kind of food is well cooked and placed on the table. They also have special food for kids. The plates and bowls, the oven for baking bread, even the music, are all carefully prepared. The breakfast at this hotel is the best in my whole trip.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional, primarily due to its outstanding service and prime location. The staff went above and beyond when we accidentally left a backpack containing our passports in a taxi. They tirelessly contacted the taxi company and coordinated with the driver to retrieve our belongings, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel’s location made exploring the area convenient, with many attractions within walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a memorable experience with excellent support from the staff.

Central location… close to the Main Street and attractions. All the staff were very friendly especially the receptionist who offered to bring our bags up to the room once it was ready as we arrived early and could not check in yet. He was very friendly and helpful and helped us order a taxi when we checked out and even came out to tell him where to go. The family room was comfortable and Breakfast had an excellent spread. The onsen was an added bonus after a long day out.

The staff were extremely attentive, polite, efficient, friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located to the Canal and within close proximity to restaurants and tourist facilities. It is also an easy walk from the station. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. They are also spacious enough for a short stay with comfortable beds ensuring a good night sleep.

check in check out is great staff is efficient attentive, the room is just right for 3 . we dint take the breakfast in hotel as we wanted to try local eateries.. onsen is indoors and instructions are clear . location is great 5 min to the canal , 8 min to the shopping street, 10 min to JR station. area is safe and staff helped us book a sushi place that was needed reservation. room was arm, toilet is clean and modern. no complaints .great hotel

Location was great, right next to the canal and within walking distance to many good restaurants. We arrived a bit early and the staff were kind to let us park our car on the premises and enjoy some sightseeing before check-in time. We also given a dedicated carpark lot during our stay. There was a convenience store nearby which was also great.

Check in staff - a lady was rude to us and shouted at us. We booked 2 rooms for 4 person, obviously was for 2 person per room. She insisted that 1 room was for 3 pax and the other room for 1 pax! I handed over my bookings paper to her, she then check on her computer and proceeded to do the rooms keys for us. During the whole check process, she did not put on a smile nor greet us and even showed us a displeased face, she did not even say thank you at all! Upon making credit card payment, she asked me to remove the card myself in a very rude tone! This is the first Japaneses I met during my 11 days holiday in Japan with such bad attitude and no manners at all.

The bed was really comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was quite good. A bit of a walk from the JR station, but doable in great weather. It was also a quick walk to Sakaimachi Street and other attractions around the canal, which was great! There was also a nearby Family Mart so that was convenient.
